Refund Policy

All Lowfat Roubo products are warranted against faulty materials and workmanship for the duration of the customer’s life. However, please be aware that these items may contain materials such as wood or leather that are impossible to grade with 100% accuracy for that length of time. Natural materials are not consistent and can develop faults or age prematurely, even through general use.

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe to discuss your concerns before returning your goods. Our policy is to treat customers as friends and sometimes that includes telling you things you wont want to hear. However, rest assured we will always work to resolve any issues that detract from the enjoyment of owning one of our products.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund Procedure

When returning a faulty product please return it the cheapest way possible such as 2nd Class Post and retain a proof of postage. Once the fault has been confirmed your postage will be refunded along with the full original purchase price to the original debit/credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. If you choose to return the parcel by a more expensive means, such as via a courier or overnight express delivery we will refund you to the value of 2nd Class post. 

If you want to return goods that you feel were not described accurately in the information section relating to the item we will refund the full purchase price as long as the item has not been used and is till in its original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your goods if you wish to make a return. Under these circumstances we cannot offer to refund the cost of postage to or from your premises.
