Making a Purchase
All items offered for sale on our website can be purchased by clicking the Buy Now button.
Each item will appear in your cart when you have completed your selection and you will be shown a breakdown including shipping costs. Please take a moment to check the quantities of each individual item.
Before proceeding to the checkout click on the ‘calculate shipping’ link to obtain a final amount. You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order on our website and your card company will convert the transaction to your local currency using the current exchange rate.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. I’m afraid we cannot accept card payments over the phone
When placing an order in another currency, please note that the rates shown are a guide to the costs in your chosen currency and you will be billed by your card issuer at the exchange rate at the point of sale.
Products delivered to destinations outside the UK may be subject to export and import formalities, taxes, fees, duties or other charges, which are imposed by the local authorities when the goods arrive in your country and for which the recipient is responsible for.
These are not included in the price we have charged you.
We have no control over these charges and cannot offer any advice regarding the implications so would advise contacting your local customs office for further information.
Please also note that international deliveries may be inspected by customs at any point on their journey to you.
All our parcels are shipped by a courier throughout the United Kingdom using a two (working) day service.
Your shipping cost includes insurance for the full value of the goods. You may be required to sign for your parcel when it arrives. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
